- Maintenance Service Expert
As a Maintenance Service Expert, your focus will be to provide a consistent and world class service experience for our existing Home Watchdog Plan customers as you fulfill their tune-up inspections that are part of their agreements. In addition, you will also provide service to new or returning customers that are not currently under agreement, but desire to have a maintenance inspection performed on their equipment. From time to time you will run demand service calls on less complex repair scenarios.
- Diagnostic Service Expert
What You’ll Spend Your Day Doing:
As a Service Expert, your day will be spent troubleshooting on equipment that is between 0 and 8 years of age. You may also spend time doing preventative maintenance visits for existing Home Watchdog maintenance Membership customers or new customers that have a desire to maintain their equipment.
- Customer Service Representative
What You’ll Spend Your Day Doing:
As a Customer Service Representative, your day will be spent answering inbound calls from current and new customers, helping schedule appointments for service or maintenance, and guiding homeowners through our offerings like the Home Watchdog maintenance membership. You’ll work closely with our field team to ensure smooth scheduling, clear communication, and a top-tier customer experience.
